George A Sanders, 30, 438 N 5th for peace disturbance at 438 N 5thon 12-11-13 at 2147 hrs.  NTA. 

Charles E Burkett, 67, 1142 State for expired registration at 8th and York on 12-11-13 at 2131 hrs.  NTA.

Megan O. Eyler 18 of 1431 N. 10th for Felony Retail Theft at 3300 Broadway on 12-11.  

Brett M. Kawinski 46 of 734 N. 4th #6 for FTA - malicious mischief on 12-11. 

Shannon L. Jones 41 of 306 Cherry for stealing at 537 Hampshire on 12-08.  

Mark A. Scott of 1241 Hampshire was arrested for criminal trespass to residence and criminal damage after an incident in the 900 block of So. 8th on 12/10/13.  He was lodged in the Adams County Jail.
