Mabey the "on time in jeopardy" is a little alarmist this early. Two teenagers arrested for robbing Quincy convenience store

Suspects robbed the G & H Shortstop on South 6th with a pellet gun

The two male suspects were found walking in the area of 8th and Monroe Saturday at 3:47 pm.

A 14 year old teen from Quincy and a 15 year old teen from Ursa were taken into custody and lodged in the Adams County Juvenile Detention center.

The recovered gun allegedly used in the robbery was a pellet gun that resembled a semi-automatic handgun.

G & H Shortstop in Quincy was robbed Saturday morning.

Officers were dispatched at around 10:30 am to an armed robbery at 1414 South 6th St.

Two men reportedly enterted the convenience store, one pointing a gun at the cashier.

The man demanded money and took cash from the register.

A small amount of merchandise was also stolen.

The two suspects fled on foot.

One suspect is described as a white male, who was wearing a dark hoodie and blue jeans. He also had his face partially concealed with a clothing item.

The other is described as a light skin mixed race male, who also had his face partially concealed.

Both suspects are estimated to be 15 to 18 years of age.

No injuries are reported.
