No, really all I was saying is 1% sounded very reasonable. I didn't talk politics other than to ask what the no votes were based on and BG gave an answer. I think you and tdown are wanting to argue. I just want to understand, be realistic and express my pleasure that there wasn't a 5% increase

Ok, your income is increasing but not your employees. Then its your employees that may want to reconsider their career choice. All I was trying to say is anyone would desire to have their income increase and must everyones income does increase by more than 1% a year, that's just a fact unless you aren't a dedicated worker or you're a deadbeat, or in jail etc.

Melissa M Kurfman, 30, Fowler, IL for failure to wear seatbelt at 18th and Oak on 12-3-13 at 0856 hrs.  NTA. 

Lisa A Smith, 41, 5633 Lee Drive for improper driving at 25th and Broadway on 12-2-13 at 1543 hrs.  NTA. 

Parker E Schutte, 18, 4028 Klingele Lane for failure to signal when required and street racing at 36th Columbus Rd to Wisman Ln on 12-3-13 at 1431 hrs. NTA.

Ryan W. Morrison, 34, 603 Edgewood, for Adams Co. warrants for FTA-Driving While Suspended, FTA-Driving While License is Revoked and          FTA-Divorxe Matter and for tickets on file for Driving While License is Revoked, Operating an Uninsured Vehicle, Resisting/Obstructingg a Peace Officer and Disobeying a Traffic Control Device.  He was arrested at his residence at 1100 hrs of 12/03/13 and lodged in the Adams Co. Jail.  The tickets are for an incident which occurred at 8th Jefferson at 0049 hrs of 11/24/13.
